  • Book an appointment through our online scheduler (Acuity Scheduling)

  • Sign up for our email list or a package/membership

Payment Processing

We accept payment via Stripe, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or cash. When you pay by Stripe, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle, your payment information (such as card details or your account handle) is handled directly by that platform in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy — we do not store your full card or bank account information on our own systems.

Scheduling

Appointments are managed through Acuity Scheduling. Information you provide when booking (name, contact info, appointment details, and any intake notes) is stored within Acuity's platform, which maintains its own security and privacy practices.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business (such as Acuity and Stripe, described above). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide their service to us and are required to keep it confidential.

We may disclose personal information if required by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal process, protect our rights, or protect the safety of our clients or the public.

Website Data

Like most websites, our site (hosted on Squarespace) may automatically collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, in order to maintain and improve the site.
